  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Price is based on amout of spaces items occupy and/or weight. All fees; disposal, landfill, hazard, etc. are included in final price. We offer discounts on complete house cleanouts(set price per room).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After our initial evaluation of your items to haul, based on your description of your items and any pictures or videos, we will provide you with an estimate for the job. Once everything is agreed upon, we will schedule a time and date that works best for you. An estimate is not the final price. It is given to provide customers an idea of what the job will cost them. Upon arrival, we will further evaluate everything in person and give a final price before work begins.


    *If necessary we and within close proximity, we can provide an in person estimate at not charge.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We work with both residential and commercial customers. Cleaning out the garage or round the house; evictions, renovation, construction site

    debris, apartments, offices, etc. Big to small, we welcome all.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    A 4000 Sq ft office space filled with cubicles and equipment. This job took us 3 days and it turned out amazing!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Having pictures of the items you want removed is ideal. This can speed up the entire process. From getting an estimate to scheduling an appointment.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Are you actually ready for a junk removal service?

    Our service is to come and remove all items, junk, etc. in the most effective and efficient way. We move quickly while protecting your property from damage. To achieve this, customers should go through all items to make sure there are no valuables they still want to keep that are mixed in with junk items, this should be done prior to the arrival of workers.
