Pricing

Pricing is based on the volume and weight of items being removed, so its best for us to see your project in person to give an exact quote. Our pricing covers all labor, hauling, and proper disposal for the entire cleanup.

Estimate

Estimates are not final pricing but a best guess on how much a job cost based on the information a customer has provided. The final price (Quote) will only be given once the project is seen in person but given prior to the beginning of the job. Estimates are free of charge. Customers may send in pictures or video to our phone number, email or website. We provide a free, no obligation estimates on your project.

Quote

Quotes are the final prices. Quotes may require more detailed information and specify a fixed dollar amount. We can set up arrangements to come out to your locations to give an in-person quote for large jobs.

Complete home cleanouts

Complete home cleanouts will be priced by the number of rooms. Bedrooms, living room, kitchen are all considered rooms. Garage will be discounted in a complete home cleanout and included in the price. Outside grounds cleanup will be considered a separate cleanup from a complete home but can be added to price at customer request
